The elephant in the room is the FACT that STATE statutory vaccination mandates are written for dead legal fiction “persons” (not flesh and blood living men and women and their progeny), which includes corporations and trusts, etc. Although most of the general population is unaware of this FACT, it is true never-the-less. SB 277, passed in the STATE OF CALIFORNIA (2015), changed the state’s HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE to read:
SEC. 2. Section 120335 of the Health and Safety Code is amended to read:
(a) As used in this chapter, “governing authority” means the governing board of each school district or the authority of each other private or public institution responsible for the operation and control of the institution or the principal or administrator of each school or institution.
(b) The governing authority shall not unconditionally admit any person as a pupil of any private or public elementary or secondary school . . .
In the STATE OF CALIFORNIA a statutory “person” is defined as:

17. “Person” includes any person, firm, association, organization, partnership, limited liability company, business trust, corporation, or company.
In the STATE OF OHIO a statutory “person” is defined as:

(C) “Person” includes an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, and association.
It should be obvious to any living man or woman that rules for artificial legal constructs (such as corporations and trusts) don’t apply to living boys and girls, i.e. the first being dead and the second being alive.
STATE VACCINATION EXEMPTIONS
Many men and women are so unfamiliar with statutory reality they prefer to agree that their sons and daughters are legal fiction “persons” and simply wish to use the statutory exemptions – their STATE legislators have passed – to protect their offspring from being injected with toxic unwarranted pharmaceutical products in order to attend school. The following information has been compiled for this relatively large group of well intentioned moms and dads.
Over the past decade or more, vaccination exemptions from school mandated “immunizations” have become increasingly more difficult to obtain. Some states have eliminated all exemptions but those for a provable medical contraindication signed by a licensed physician.
The exemption landscape is rapidly changing even more as the Center for Disease Control pushes their HEALTHY PEOPLE 2020 program. Lobbyists for the CDC and Big Pharma are swarming all over state legislatures to convince them to eliminate all but medical exemptions. It has literally become Vaccine Mania as public health employes feverishly partner with the CDC and drug companies to get us all “fully vaccinated”. Pro-vaccination messages are now appearing in the news media as well as embedded in TV series.
In the past, some non-profit organizations have researched statutes for each state and have posted exemption rules on their web sites. However, today parents need to check the up-to-date rules themselves before submitting any exemption forms, letters, or notices. Don’t assume that any non-profit has the staff to track all fifty states and provide all of the information needed.
To search for up-to-date information on school exemptions, type in the name of your state followed by the words code – immunizations for example:

This search should take you to the exemption information for your state. To be certain that the public health department in your state has not taken it upon themselves to alter the statutes to suit their own goals (a common practice), look for the number of the statute that was passed by the STATE legislature. It is usually preceded by the symbol § for section. With a little effort you can locate the statute and read it for yourself.
FORMS AND WAIVERS
If your STATE has an exemption form or waiver, print it out and examine it closely. Some exemption forms ask you to check boxes for statements that you will not agree with. DON’T IGNORE THIS DILEMMA, for it will be assumed that you concur with what could very well be false or misleading statements. The STATE OF CALIFORNIA’s Personal Beliefs Exemption to Required Immunizations form of 10/13 is a perfect example of this dilemma. In Section B the form requires you confirm this statement (with your signature):
Religious beliefs: I am a member of a religion which prohibits me from seeking medical advice or treatment from authorized health care practitioners.
Just because your religious beliefs prohibit you from injecting your son or daughter with toxic unwarranted pharmaceutical products does not mean that if your child broke his/her leg you wouldn’t have it set. And, exactly what is an “authorized health care practitioner”? If I were to use this form, I would modify it:
Religious beliefs: I am a member of a religion which prohibits me from
seeking medical advice or treatment from authorized health care practitioners. write in: injecting my son (or daughter) with unwarranted pharmaceutical products.
If the form or waiver asks you to list the vaccines your are requesting an exemption from, do not mark the individual boxes but write across them all: “all unwarranted vaccines”. Since the Supreme Court decision Bruesewitz versus Wyeth (2011), no vaccine product is warranted as either safe or effective. Big pharma has complete immunity from liability for all of their vaccine products.
As long as moms and dads don’t challenge the false or misleading statements on exemption/waiver forms, it will be assumed they agree with them. Should any employee of the school or public health department tell you that their forms cannot be altered, politely ask them for the number of the state statute that prohibits clarifications. While school employees are bound by the rules of their employers, parents are not and should not hesitate to challenge their inane rules. If they don’t accept your appropriately modified waiver, move on to a Vaccination Notice.

Notices are available as alternatives to exemptions and are in many cases superior . . . especially if the exemption form requires you to agree with statements that you know to be false.
